Each teams goal is to try and ground the volleyball on the opponent’s court under organized rules. Volleyball is one of the most popular competitive and recreational sports in the world. It is fast, exciting and filled with explosive action. Players must be agile and possess extensive reach, power and hand-eye coordination. Today there are over 800 million people in the world who play volleyball at least once a week, over 46 million of which are American!
